B2B DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES
(NOT APPLICABLE FOR BELGIUM, GERMANY)
Thank you for your interest in our products!
It is possible to place orders for reseller / business purposes in your country. We have introduced a special procedure to assure a correct and clear cooperation.
Step 1:
- Consult our B2B website www.brand-depot.nl for our complete assortment, you can also place the order directly in this webshop.
- In the shopping cart, select "Request a quotation / shipping quotation", no shipping costs will be shown.
- Click the green coloured button "bestellen" at the bottom of the page to proceed.
- Select your delivery address/country and click the green coloured button "Volgende"
- Please select the payment option "Op rekening / Payment by invoice / Rechnungskauf / quotation", if you want to request a quotation for the total order amount including shipment to an address within your EU country. Make sure shipping and invoice addresses are correct. Don't worry, this is not a final order yet, you can cancel anytime! We will first send you a quotation for the order including shipment.
- Confirm your request by clicking the green coloured button "Bestellen en betalen". Now the request will be sent to us.
- Please do not forget to register your VAT number during checkout (BTW nummer), for Intra-community delivery.
Step 2:
After receipt of your quotation request, we will make an accurate estimation of the shipping cost and we will send you a quotation by automated e-mail. This usually takes no more than a few hours.
Step 3:
After your acceptance of our quotation, you will receive a payment link to settle the amount invoiced.
Step 4:
After receipt of your payment, we will ship the goods within 3-5 working days. You will receive a track & trace link, if shipped by our postal carrier/shipping company (United Parcel Service -UPS- or pallet carrier).
Please note our general business conditions:
- You can order per piece, except for breakable goods;
- There is no minimum order quanitity;
- Payment in advance, shipment after receipt of payment only;
- You can also arrange shipment yourself, your forwarder/postal carrier can make an appointment to pick up the shipment at our warehouse;
- No returns accepted, if there is damage please contact our customer service;
- Backorders and missing goods will not be (re)delivered, but will be refunded;
- Damages are risk of customer, limited to 5% of the total order value. If there is more damages, we will refund the purchase amount of these goods (> 5%).
